• Professional, honest and courteous in all dealings
• Must have proper English writing skills and vocabulary for descriptive text

Although we strongly urge our customers to submit images with their textual information, many people still choose to submit their item information without images. Online appraisers must be able to give their expert opinion as to the value of an item using only text based information.
