Archiving an Appraisal

Keep your appraisal active for one whole year!

After you have received your appraisal through our website, your information will remain live and active for a period of 60 days from the date of completion.

After this 60 day period, in order to retain a digital record of your appraisal and continue to access the information, you are required to place your appraisal in the archive. Think of this as your personal filing cabinet.

Pay when you order your appraisal and pay only USD $2.95

You can automatically add your appraisal to the archive during the checkout process on the invoice page simply by clicking the box.

This fee covers the cost of storing this information on our servers for a period of one year.

If you prefer to wait,  you will receive email notification to allow you time to place your appraisal in the archive prior to it expiring, however the post-appraisal archive fee is $4.95. In order to activate your archive simply login to the website and click the 'After the appraisal' link beside the appropriate appraisal.

Customers who have archived an appraisal are sent a reminder email 2 weeks before the archive is due to expire each year.
